The Giesinger office block forms an approx. 120-metre long, 6-storey building complex lining the Tegernseer Landstrasse, with a bright, slightly curved façade featuring continuous rows of windows that ensures a striking presence in the urban landscape. In the rear part of the building, on the Werner-Schlierf-Strasse, The Giesinger office block presents an almost cosy, homely aspect – free of traffic noise, and equipped with green spaces, balconies and terraces.
